Eggplant with Zesty Italian Sauce

Eggplant with Zesty Italian sauce by LoPruett
chopped eggplant in a bag ziplock bag
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 packet of onion soup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tbsp zesty Italian sauce

1 ziplock bag

Mix all ingredients into a ziplock bag
Place in an ovenproof dish and then put it in hot oven for 30 minutes(400F)!

Beringela ao forno com Italian zesty sauce
Ingredientes:

1 beringela picadinha num saco de ziplock bag
1/2 cup de azeite
1 pacote de sopa de cebola
3 colheres de soy sauce
2 Tbsp Italian zesty sauce

Misture bem todos os ingredientes dentro do ziplock bag
Coloque no refratario por 30 minutos no forno alto!
